The challenge

However, there is a lack of guidance and support for businesses, with many struggling to react to a rapidly shifting policy landscape and technological developments. For example, the Competition & Markets Authority announced a crackdown on sweeping eco-friendly claims, showing just how complex the issue is to navigate.
